正所谓happy 99 , happy life . 同屋企人补祝99 生日。 今次系第4 次系度用餐。 质素比之前好100 倍😍😍 熏鸡好脆好香口, 99 本身唔钟意食鸡, 但对只鸡赞到不停; 蒸小黄花鱼 十分新鲜 , 虽然很细条 , 有点贵, 我连骨都咬碎埋😝😝😝 再黎系香葱饼 , 皮虽然较厚 但食落又种皮薄嘅感觉🤩, 加上葱花足料 , 煎到好脆,很易入口; 另外, 前菜蜜汁熏鳝十分脆 和入味 , 不过汁有啲酸, 好似甜酸排骨同一款嘅汁, 如果改用鸡翼蜜糖嘅汁 相信效果会更好: 扬州炒饭和小龙包就保持一般水准。 另外要赞下呢间餐厅嘅环境十分好。 埋单时 职员话黎紧会搬去3 期, 希望手准可保持查看更多

平时同家人一起吃饭,我们大多数都会选择粤菜。今次想试试一些新口味,网上找到了一家位于铜锣湾利园的淮扬菜餐厅,决定去那里尝尝。酒酿鹅肝鹅肝用花雕酒浸泡,让其吸收酒香,更加香醇可口。不过鹅肝质地不够绵滑,有粒粒状。蜜汁脆黄鳝刚炸好的黄鳝,外皮酥脆得像饼干一样,一点也不干柴。😋 甜甜蜜汁完美地包裹著每一块黄鳝,如果配上啤酒会停不下来!腌笃鲜腌笃鲜是淮扬菜的经典菜式,腌笃鲜是指用腌制过的咸肉或火腿小火慢炖之意并加入新鲜的肉类和竹笋等食材。他家做到口味咸鲜,汤白汁浓。松子桂花鱼这道菜的鱼肉鲜嫩,搭配著香脆的松子,口感层次分明。糖醋汁酸酸甜甜配米饭一流查看更多

This gang of coworkers came for a farewell lunch just before the CNY. Seatings were comfortable and the some of the dishes were very impressive. The chicken broth with dumplings and chicken was incredibly delicious. The broth was rich and very tasty. You could have two bowls and still wanted more. Very comforting to drink this during winter time. Ordered a bunch of Shanghainese dishes like steamed Xiao Long Bao and drunken chicken. The drunken chicken was very good! Marinated with an absolutely amazing drunken sauce. Highly recommend getting the drunken chicken. The stir fried Angus beef slices with leeks tasted like the beef fried rice noodles (without the noodles) you could get from Dai Pai Dong. Black truffle bean curd rolls were crispy and yummy. 经过铜锣湾附近 唔知食咩,又有啲想食中菜上嚟揾吓有咩食,揾到呢间嘢,对于极钟意食上海菜既我就决定入黎试试!一入到黎餐厅,门口带位话只有90分钟进食时间,有少少对依间餐厅打折扣(因为当时餐厅只有一台客)餐厅侍应都算唔错,落单/上菜以及空茶后加水效率都高食到最后有少少扣分位系 当每道点心食到差唔多嘅时候,侍应会极快嘅速度收碟,都分唔清系想清空你个枱面定系想赶你走😂#本人只忠于自己对餐厅及食物本身的评价,并不写任何只为写「好」而写的食评及宣传😄查看更多
餐厅环境稍暗,但其实气氛几好,几适合倾公事或私人聚会脆鳝酥脆,个人食嘢比较淡,所以觉得会比较甜
但上海菜普遍都会偏少少甜,可以接受
食完所有嘢之后,再食返脆鳝会觉得几减腻卖相尚可,但鲜味及口感真系比较普通个人好钟意食小笼包,所以大笼包都系必叫嘅食品之一
餐厅想将饮筒剪斜及剪短啲以方便食客
但又剪得太斜吸唔到😂😂
只好将汤包放血
只计蟹粉的话,鲜味略欠
但加埋猪肉口感都算不错,
但汤味都不够浓及鲜,汤包皮比较厚,
整体而言仍有改进嘅空间,
但系香港嚟讲都算系唔错㗎啦!

Their restaurant has an afternoon tea promoton whch is labelled buy 1-get-1 free but after paying for all the extra fees for tea and snacks its around $200 per person. However, overall it was worth it.My favorite besides the smoked baby squab was the smoked eggs, which had a lovely aroma while not being too overpowering.The promotion picture only had 1 bowl of noodles so I thought we had to share it with 2 small bowls. To my surprise, it was 2 large bowls for each person. I felt the soup could be a bit richer but other than that it was good and certainly very fulfilling.查看更多
