Starters:
- Tandoori Tangdi Kebab:Juicy chicken legs marinated to perfection, served with grated Parmesan and a refreshing mint chutney.
- Keema Pav:Minced lamb paired with crispy potato Salli and a quail egg. The flavors were rich and comforting.
Mains:
- Beef Goli Kebab Masala:Minced beef balls cooked in a fragrant masala sauce. It was packed with flavor!
- Butter Chicken:A classic! The chicken tikka was fresh and tender, swimming in that creamy, buttery sauce we all love.
- Mix Tandoor Platter:A delightful mix featuring Australian lamb chops, Barramundi tikka, and Malai chicken tikka. Each item was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.
- Truffle Cheese Naan & Butter Naan:The truffle naan was a luxurious twist on the classic. Both were perfect for scooping up all that delicious curry!
Curries:
- Lamb Shank Rogan Josh:This dish was a standout! The lamb shank was so tender it fell off the bone, served in a fragrant Kashmiri gravy with fennel seeds. Just divine!
Dessert:
- Strawberry Cake:A light and refreshing end to the meal, it was a nice touch after all those rich flavors.
Drink:
- I washed it all down with a glass of fresh orange juice, which was refreshing!
