Recently, I passed by Cafe De Coral and Fairwood and they both have a high protein meal with red rice. I decided to try them both on different days to compare them. For Cafe De Coral, you have more choices eg. salmon, cauliflower rice while Fairwood only has chicken breast and red rice. Therefore, I also chose the chicken breast red rice version for a more similar comparison. The sauces are different for both restaurants so if you cant stand tomato/pumpkin then you would like want to avoid either

The price of both of them are quite similar with cafe de coral being slightly cheaper by $3. Cafe de coral has a bit more vegetable. However, the proportion of red rice with bran is less compared to Fairwood and the chicken breast is also slightly smaller and thinner. For this dish, I would prefer the Fairwood version a bit more.
