To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說早幾日下午時段用手機app叫咗個兒童餐,15分鐘後執拎,點知冇呢個兒童餐🥲當時已經好趕時間諗緊點算😖咁啱有位女經理經過見到知道呢件事,即刻建議比另一個餐,加上知我趕時間親自處理2分鐘之內就出到第二個餐俾我仲拎埋走!不得不讚經理嘅處事方式!真係冇諗過咁快可以俾到第二個餐我😊炸雞髀🍗仲要好大隻😋服務態度

Recently, I passed by Cafe De Coral and Fairwood and they both have a high protein meal with red rice. I decided to try them both on different days to compare them.For Cafe De Coral, you have more choices eg. salmon, cauliflower rice while Fairwood only has chicken breast and red rice. Therefore, I also chose the chicken breast red rice version for a more similar comparison. The sauces are different for both restaurants so if you cant stand tomato/pumpkin then you would like want to avoid either one of them. The price of both of them are quite similar with cafe de coral being slightly cheaper by $3. Cafe de coral has a bit more vegetable. However, the proportion of red rice with bran is less compared to Fairwood and the chicken breast is also slightly smaller and thinner. For this dish, I would prefer the Fairwood version a bit more.

3點半,黎食下午茶,叫左炸雞俾配多士半分。味道唔好,雞俾好脆口,不過有d細隻,而且有d咸,而且炸得過左火,好幹好似食柴咁。配埋熱奶茶先37,低食但唔好味,可以餵狗。

聽講香港人對冬瓜盅有情意結,所以平時唔去大家樂嘅文迪都好想試下!能在快的餐廳食到迷你冬瓜盅, 的確係幾特別。雖然瓜仔細細,但湯好清甜瓜肉好消暑,太多雞肉豬肉蝦干湯料,而個人更喜歡多湯少料, 反正湯料並不吸引湯才是精華。配搭豉汁倉魚是冰鮮魚,不大不小呢個價錢很難投訴。 配白飯同一杯凍飲$99, 而檸茶都非常之平凡。聽說之前七一$99就有冬瓜盅二人餐了, 引來店家大排長龍,所以換作是一人餐該不算是便宜吧? 其實自從學生時代結束就很少光顧食大家樂, 今次就當作是懷舊的一餐吧!
