銅鑼灣依間印度餐廳真係好高質嘅嘢食都好多我首先叫咗一份,Katori Chaat,佢嘅自家製碗形脆餅,內有鷹嘴豆、乳酪、青瓜、洋蔥同獨家酸辣醬,口感酥脆新鮮,醬汁意外咁好解辣,雖然佢係一個前菜,但我建議放到食完咖喱之後先食,咁就可以用佢嚟解咖喱嘅辣。而Mutton Saagwala,羊肉咖哩以大蒜、薑、菠菜、肉汁同各種香料烹調而成,肉質軟腍入味,香料香氣四溢,咖喱嘅質地比較杰身。好適合配搭Plain Naan,原味烤餅外皮酥脆內軟。又或者配Saffron Pulao都好正,印度香料黄飯色澤金黃,香氣撲鼻,米飯粒粒分明。
