位於Rosewood酒店5樓,與CHAAT, Bayfare social相鄰景色相對冇其餘兩間優越,冇維港景色,但係食物質素、服務水平、環境座位寛闊,完全唔輸比另外兩間餐廳。今次揀左食lunch係因為夜晚完全冇Dry-aged T-bone😂作為重度乾式熟成愛好者,為左T-bone改左食午餐。價格亦非常公道~set lunch $598/per 只係需要另加$298/兩位就有T-bone,何樂而不為😋除左crab cake同鵝肝每樣另加$98,其他已經係套餐全包,份量大,價錢對得住質素!入正題,前菜有四,有好香牛油味既Brioche,熱騰騰上枱。藍芝士沙律適合重口味既我🤩仲有刁草三文魚配醃青瓜多士(呢個還好,大家想像到味道,不過不失)。炸雞taco同crab cake偏乾有啲失色🥺可惜。餐湯龍蝦湯,上枱只有半碗,但係味道濃厚,有薯仔粒同少少蔬菜粒。唯獨冇龍蝦/蝦肉,口感心理上覺得差少少,但唔影響我對呢個評價😋好味熟成T-bone,用既係Black angus,雖然比USDA Prime淡味,但經過30日熟成,有被昇華到,肉味香濃,表面有炭香,外脆內軟係基本😌冇overcook,食落冇

最後Cheesecake好正,差唔多枱枱都點,成車推過黎有三種醬選擇(黃桃、士多啤梨、藍莓),酸甜酸甜配軟滑芝士蛋糕好正!另一個香蕉新地啱我口味多啲,有香蕉雪糕、香蕉蓉同蛋糕custard組成,唔係假蕉味,欣賞佢🫰🏻
最後每位連加一$1000左右,咁豐富連晚餐都可以唔洗食,係近期香港食過既排房性價比之最😌
