To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳改名 & 全新裝修，值得一試!

成日行過海港城都見到呢間係翡翠拉麵小籠包大排長龍，今日經過新裝修同見到仲以為轉左手，入到去同啲員工講起先知原來係同一個集團，只係重新裝修同改左名，見裝修咁靚就入左去試試入到去見到有望海既枱，可惜今日無坐到，下次一定要再黎！新裝修當然好乾淨，而且座位都闊落，坐得舒服既，最欣賞係有4人座既圓枱，岩晒我地呢啲小家庭！菜單比起之前就多左好多款式，好多選擇，好多都好吸引不過我地得4個人試唔到咁多，建議多啲人一齊黎食先可以試多幾樣松子魚、醉雞、小籠包、涼拌海蜇呢啲經典款都keep到水準，最驚喜係羊肉春卷第一次食入面係羊肉既春卷，羊味好濃夠晒「so」。同埋個蝦頭油蝦仁帶子炒飯超超超超好食，好香口又唔會油膩，唔係好識形容，極度推薦呢個炒飯!!!!
