To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舖頭系以入門口,先比錢,後食飯既形式運作。坐低之後就可以出去自己夾野食。野食數量唔算多,但係種類幾齊全。沙律,冷盤,熱菜,炸物,甜品,生果同野飲都有,但係野飲得熱飲。沙律更加有super food羽衣甘藍,但係味道就....哈哈,鍾唔鍾意就見仁見智啦。開頭我每樣夾左少少試下先,因為舖頭主張唔浪費食物,所以唔會好似出面啲自助餐咁有人幫你收盤,要食曬先拎個碟出去再夾過。蔬菜味道比較家常,無特別驚豔。但係因為我鍾意食菜,所以都食得幾開心。第二碟就夾左啲炸物,反而呢個幾唔錯下。春卷屬於重口味菜式,炸南瓜系真心推介,又甜又粉,炸過之後又香口,推介!!!因為炸南瓜片太好食啦,所以第三碟要翻兜,碗入面既係冬瓜盅,裡面有薏米同埋菊花。我都係第一次食到有菊花既冬瓜盅,唔可以話難食,但係味道唔特別好。但係呢度竟然有馬蹄糕,而且有粒粒馬蹄,煎過幾好食。佢仲有蘿蔔糕同芋頭糕(?)好似係。去食之前見到有其他食評話要拔絲蕃薯,咁我都幾期待下。食到最後佢終於登場啦。大家都一窩蜂走去拎,咁我我唔執輸,拎左兩舊。結果係大大既失望,開頭比佢個賣相吸引左,高高既焦糖絲塔,裡面既蕃薯包既糖太厚太硬啦,完全咬唔開,太失望啦。
