To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Introduction
The restaurant offers a vegetarian buffet with 75 minutes for lunch and 90 minutes for dinner. The buffet offers side dishes, fried food, vegan cakes, etc. It also sells different vegan pastries, including vegetarian egg tarts and oatmeal cookies.

✨主食✨ 🥐🍞大多麵包類嘅都係配雞蛋沙拉醬（/薯泥），個蛋醬唔算重味，而牛角包酥脆口感➕好香牛油味🧈!!；而芝士Pizza好厚身，食落同麵包差唔多，食完其實都有啲飽🤣🤣🍕🍜冷菠菜麵係唔好食，雖然有微微麻油味，但都淡味💚；炒烏冬幾惹味嘅，炒得好有色澤🔥🥣皮蛋粥煲得綿密 一啲都唔水，皮蛋香好融入落個粥度🖤.最鍾意甜酸醬炸蘿蔔糕球(?) & 蕃茄炒蛋‼️嗰個甜酸醬炸球外層係酸酸甜甜，就算配有醬汁都仍然好脆，內裏類似蘿蔔糕texture，幾好食👍🏻；番茄炒蛋整得好惹味，甜甜地🍅.✨菜✨西蘭花炒得幾好食，微微辣咁幾開胃🌶️🥦.✨飲品✨我飲凍雞骨草➕熱羅漢果茶，飲落淡味 似冇額外落糖🤎.✨甜品✨\ 其實冇咩甜品選擇，水果方面 得香蕉選🍌 /綠豆沙not too sweet～，重豆味💚；紅豆糕就還好🫘；芒果糯米糍真係好難食，味道同質地都好奇怪😀🥭

Came here for tea buffet on a weekday. Seat was self arranged. Enjoyed the salad bar and the fried vegetables the most which was quickly refilled. Both hot and cold drinks available including luo han guo tea and iced lemon water. There’re various hot dishes to choose as well. I enjoy vegetables more than carbs. The sweet and sour eggplant was superb. Though you need to serve yourself most of the time, but it’s likely you will enjoy some quiet meal time alone with good food with other self disciplined customers. Will definitely be back and hoping to try the dinner buffet next round.

今晚想食素, 但其實旺角食素地方不多😄, 以為星期三晚無乜人😃, 点知7点幾去到都坐滿晒😀, 都好多選擇, 有不同款式, 有炒麵, 炒烏冬, 栗子炆冬菇蟲草花, 椰汁芋頭, 炒芥菜, 炒椰菜花, 咖哩🥔薯仔, 炒🥦西蘭花, 亦有菜心白菜, 准山, 窩荀, 🍕🍅🍣🥗亦有壽司, 沙律, 薄餅, 芝士蕃茄, 芝士吐司😋, 亦有茄子🍆, 有碗仔翅, 青紅蘿蔔🥕湯, 紅豆沙, 飲品有茶同羅漢果水, 亦有些涼菜, 例如：手拍青瓜, 冷麵, 雲耳, 蓮藕, 珊瑚菜, 亦有些炸品, 之前唔係好記得夜晚幾$一位, 不過今日收130多元, 查實絕對超值, 味道又唔差😁, 遲d再來食過😉

同2-5月食評比較，真心今次到訪食物種類明顯少了。一直在上環店食晚飯的，今次首次到訪，我以為取食物的地方分了兩邊，原來不是，只得眼見一張長桌。看食評照片得知，原來去年2-5月時食物種類也不少，跟上環境相若，只是近半年少了不少種類，是否因為我們今晚7：45才到？ 味道沒有什麼問題，不過用薑和黑椒太重手了。

今次係陪朋友嚟試食諗住如果好食嘅話佢先帶佢媽媽👩🏻🦱嚟食生日飯而我哋都慶幸好彩係自己嚟試先唔係直接帶auntie 👩🏻🦱嚟打大佬點解咁講呢事關呢度個環境真係麻麻地😵😵😵無錯啲食物款式係好多比起一般齋鋪係真係唔一樣我哋是但執都執到好多但簡完野食埋位坐低呢下個問題就嚟啦現場係有啲烏蠅🪰周圍飛唔知係咪關我哋坐係廚房同自助收盤區附近事總之成個食野過程係要不停邊食邊趕烏蠅🪰趕烏蠅都算坐坐下我同朋友都係被野咬咬到我哋手手腳腳都有紅點，又痕喎😒😒😒搞到野都未食完就立即收拾走人真係唔會再有下次
