To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 訂好位上去兩次,原來張枱比左人,我地已經打左電話同佢地溝通好會遲少少,佢地話會留位比我地,我地有大有細去到櫃面問個知客我地留左位點解會無枱,個經理就大大聲你留咩名先,講完個知客又叫我地上去同一張枱,張枱比其他人坐左,我地問個職員幾次叫經理過黎,個職員扮聽唔到,然後佢叫我自己行前去揾經理,我行前去個經理即刻坐電梯閃落地下,落到去問個經理點解無位,佢話你訂幾?6點半,而家幾點呀,你地唔黎,我地唔會打比你架(態度勁串)完全係趕客,我地話同你同事溝通左我6點9到左,你同事講話會留枱比我,我話你地管理咁差態度咁差,經理話係咁架啦,轉身上返酒樓!
