To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

發現翡翠拉麵小籠包舊址換咗佢哋集團旗下新品牌叫做江南. 翡翠。要入去幫襯吓。 入到去當然要食佢哋嘅招牌小籠包。依間除咗有傳統小籠包 仲有創意有三色(三種唔同味道) 牌創意小籠包。無論傳統或者三色都一樣keep到好味道。嚟到翡翠當然要食佢哋嘅招牌擔擔麵。一樣keep 到住好食嘅水準。最後忍唔住嗌咗佢個甜品: 高力豆沙。咁就係一個完美嘅午餐。
