To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 深水埗食肆林立,要爭一席位確係不容易,呢間酒家經營都有一段日子,至今仍然好多捧場客,反應呢一間酒家嘅食物質素有一定保證。「砂煲芥蘭啫啫煲」先將砂煲燒熱,再放上已炒熟嘅芥蘭同爽肉,捧到上枱面,侍應再即席炒兩炒,即時白煙冒起,加上炒菜聲,簡直聲勢十足!芥蘭有鹹香味道,送飯一流,豬肉亦很入味,爽而不「嚡」,十分惹味。龍躉兩味「翡翠炒球」龍躉大大舊,炒得很香很鮮味,魚肉厚身卻不「嚡」,顯示炒功鑊氣十足,而配菜西芹也炒得很爽口,雖然表面上睇落好似好多油,但食落去嘅時候唔會油膩,讚!「清蒸斑頭腩」相較於「翡翠炒球」,清蒸並不是代表食得淡口啲,反而食到魚肉嘅新鮮,也看到蒸的時間掌握得好,加上面頭鋪上了蔥花,特蔥花混埋魚肉一齊放入口,層次口感提升。夏日炎炎,呢啲風味小炒一定要配杯啤酒先夠爽。
