To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同想食中菜，所以搵吓OpenRice有咩推薦，就嚟咗呢間度試吓係咪真係咁好食。我哋一去到都仲未滿座嘅好彩早咗啲去到，因為之後都真係幾多人。我見OpenRice嗰度呢就推薦左呢個嘅天下第一嘴同埋天下第一雞，咁我就叫左呢兩個啦，另外就加咗芝士龍蝦伊面。第一道餸就係嚟咗個第一嘴先，其實即係(椒鹽墨魚嘴，佢一嚟到就已經係熱辣辣，而且聞落去都好香，食落去呢個皮好薄而且入邊仲會爆汁，非常爽口。第二道餸就係天下第一雞，佢係用嘉美活雞去整嘅，一食落去好香雞味啦而且仲好嫩滑，好有雞，配埋個沙薑醬非常好食。去到第三道餸就係芝士龍蝦伊麵，由於之前嗰兩度餸都非常出色所以顯得呢度餸好一般，但係佢都好好食，龍蝦好新鮮同埋芝士同埋啲伊面啱啱好唔會滯，份量都好多。下次一定會再嚟而且以上咁多度送個份量都好充足基本上兩個人嘅話其實兩度餸加個白飯就已經可以食飽。題外話如果一大班人可以試多啲嘢，因為佢個餐牌其實都好多嘢都好好食。
