To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 未有晚市禁食前都仲有出街食下晚餐。當日二人行去左有米知連推介嘅一間酒家食。本身諗住閒日酒家應該冇咩人,點知食食下愈來愈多人,好似星期日飲早茶甘多人😂😂 想食真係要早啲到。唔知星期六日會係點呢😂😂我叫左容記第一嘴( 88元),海鮮濃湯雜菜煲( 108蚊), 燒鵝拼盤 (唔記得幾錢,不過記忁好抵。容記第一嘴不愧為第一嘴,好好食,個炸皮1啲都唔厚,好蘇脆。面頭有啲椒鹽,好香口。入面嘅墨魚嘴好彈牙新鮮。比100分佢😂海鮮濃湯雜菜煲性價比高,好多種類嘅菜,仲有粉絲。湯底清甜,撈飯食正。呢度送平衡返食第一嘴嘅熱氣感。最後燒鵝拼盤有鵝比,好大碟,個皮同個調味都好正。我記得係好抵食嫁!總括,呢間餐廳質素高,價錢非常合理。如果我住嗰頭嘅話, 夜晚唔想煮飯嘅話,呢度做我個飯堂都係一個唔錯嘅選擇!下次會再嚟呀!

容記第一嘴不愧為第一嘴,好好食,個炸皮1啲都唔厚,好蘇脆。面頭有啲椒鹽,好香口。入面嘅墨魚嘴好彈牙新鮮。比100分佢😂
