To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間位於金百利7樓嘅日式餐廳，都係聽朋友介紹就去試吓，入去見到晚餐時間好多人，好彩有book位咋😝🍣 海膽帶子卷餐廳提供多款壽司卷物，而小熊貓一眼就睇中咗呢個海膽帶子卷😍 除咗海膽同帶子之外，仲有青瓜，牛油果同蟹柳～食落口份外鮮甜同清新，作為前菜一流啊🐟 鮭魚魚頭鮫野菜鍋一上枱小熊貓就覺得好吸引，個魚頭好大個，下面仲有幾件，食落多肉多汁～有好多野菜同埋豆腐，配埋個魚湯飲好暖胃～最底仲有啲粉絲吸收晒歸餘嘅精華，呢個野菜鍋又健康又豐富～ 🐮 牛仔骨石鍋飯呢個石鍋飯偏向韓式嘅感覺，除咗牛仔骨之外，仲有泡菜，粟米等配料～而且附上一個韓式甜辣醬，加上醬汁後再將所有配料同飯撈勻，入口熱辣辣，亦十分惹味～食到最後仲有啲飯焦添，脆卜卜，正呀
