今日試咗幾款好特別嘅菜式,真係大開眼界!首先係蟹粉拌北京面,蟹粉嘅鮮味好濃郁,撈埋彈牙嘅北京面,每一啖都充滿蟹香,仲有少少薑絲提味,食落好滿足,完全唔會腥,真係蟹粉愛好者必試!跟住係海鮮意大利飯,飯粒煮得啱啱好,帶少少咬口,海鮮份量十足,有蝦、蜆同帶子,鮮味十足。醬汁creamy得黎又唔會太膩,仲有少少香草味,整體好平衡,食完好有幸福感。黑松露薯條係驚喜之作!薯條炸得外脆內軟,黑松露醬香氣撲鼻,每一條都沾滿松露香,真係忍唔住一條接一條,好邪惡但好滿足。甜品方面,開心果巴斯克蛋糕好特別,外層微焦,內裡creamy,開心果味好濃郁,口感滑溜,甜度適中,食完唔會覺得膩,仲有少少果仁碎增加口感,好正!最後飲咗杯蜜桃梳打,清新解膩,蜜桃味香甜,氣泡感十足,飲完感覺好refresh,完美為呢餐畫上句號!
