To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 素食自助餐近年大行其道個個都要話要食得健康就連我同朋友出街,平日唔食菜嘅都話主動要求食得健康哩間無肉食自助餐我已經幫襯過好多次,無論係中午或者晚飯時段啱啱開張嘅時候覺得樣樣野都好新鮮,好有系統化,而且食物嘅種類亦好新穎!!呢度係自助形式嘅,代表係自己出去攞嘢食,食完之後都要自己執返個碗碟自己碗碟自己執🖐由於都有一排冇幫襯過冇肉食,朋友突然間話想食得健康,於是我就提議去呢間度食啦預先book左枱,因為知道中午時間好多公公婆婆幫襯唔知係咪冇去好耐嘅關係,覺得呢度嘅菜式好似少咗,無咁多選擇喎!!因為食黎食去都係食炒菜心,炒白菜,炒波菜,焗南瓜,炸物,沙律,糖水。。。。所以淨係夾左一輪,已經冇乜意欲想再食嚕,希望下次再嚟嗰陣嘅,會多啲新款菜式!!

哩間無肉食自助餐我已經幫襯過好多次,無論係中午或者晚飯時段
啱啱開張嘅時候覺得樣樣野都好新鮮,好有系統化,而且食物嘅種類亦好新穎!!呢度係自助形式嘅,代表係自己出去攞嘢食,食完之後都要自己執返個碗碟
