To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽朋友介紹就想同女朋友情人節去撐吓枱腳，點知原來咁多人(2月14～其實多人都正常😭)之後就book咗平日，叫咗晚市套餐嚟試，點知真係幾驚喜！😳前菜有我最喜歡嘅青絲粉皮😋真係食前菜都食飽之後本身想叫忌廉湯，可惜店員話賣曬😭就叫咗中湯～一向少飲中湯，但見到好足料，而且我女朋友好中意飲，連渣都食埋(除左粒蜜棗啦當然😂)喺我對面嗰個飲湯飲得津津有味嘅時候，手卷都出場啦！（上菜速度幾快，抵讚👍🏻)一啖咬落去，有牛油果嘅香、芒果嘅甜、同苜蓿芽嘅清新(好似賣廣告咁xd🤣～但真係好好食，好開胃最估唔到原來素食都有咖哩，而且猴頭菇咬落去嗰感覺好爽，重有少少似食緊雞肉，送飯幾好～我最欣賞都係個印度薄餅，好香，煎得好酥脆，用嚟點咖哩一流！可能因為我中意d香口野😋所以最後就叫咗呢款甜品～應該因爲係即叫即整，所以好夠脆！另外，蘋果唔係罐頭生果個種，一食就食得出，餡料重加咗提子乾點綴吓，令成個批嘅味道無咁單一整體而言，價錢同食物都非常滿意，可惜太受歡迎啦，如果大時大節想食就要預先book位
