平時做開食肉獸嘅我,最近去咗尖沙咀嘅雅 ‧ 悠蔬食,呢間素食餐廳望落平平無奇,但食完真係令我好驚喜!一入到去就感受到環境乾淨、寬敞,燈光柔和,令人有種放鬆嘅感覺,特別適合朋友聚餐或者收工過來食一餐輕鬆嘅晚餐。我點咗一個晚市套餐,首先上嚟嘅係兩款前菜:•上海素海蜇:素海蜇口感脆脆,當中又帶有一點嚼勁。搭配嘅醬汁酸酸甜甜,特別開胃,真係好適合夏天食。•泰式鮮果沙律:呢道沙律色彩繽紛,裡面有新鮮嘅提子、紅肉火龍果同菠蘿,配上泰式酸甜醬,甜中帶酸。*手卷驚喜*跟住上嚟嘅係香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷。呢道手卷外皮薄脆,裡面包住成熟嘅牛油果,滑得嚟又香濃,香芒嘅甜味同苜蓿芽嘅清新完美結合,味道更加提升!*濃郁湯品*黑松露椰菜花忌廉濃湯,質地滑順,黑松露嘅香氣讓人一聞就流晒口水。椰菜花嘅細膩口感配合忌廉嘅濃郁,真係令我一口接一口,好食到唔想停口。*主菜豐富*主菜係椰香冬陰野菌炒飯配迷你泰式拼盤。炒飯嘅米粒分明,唔會黏埋一齊,每一口都能感受到米粒嘅彈性。椰香味道濃,冬陰功嘅酸辣味配合椰香,讓人感受到濃厚嘅泰式風味。迷你泰式拼盤裡有春卷、仿肉串等炸物,每一口都帶來唔同嘅驚喜,特別係春卷,外脆內軟,搭配甜酸醬,味道更加出色。*清涼飲品*柚子青檸蘆薈冰茶清新解渴,柚子嘅微苦同青檸嘅酸味配合得剛剛好,加上滑滑嘅蘆薈粒,清爽又帶點層次。最後,甜品係紫薯乳酪蛋糕,上層紫薯餡同滑滑嘅乳酪相互交融,食落去既唔會太甜,下層既餅底又不會太硬,充滿層次感,令人回味無窮。*額外加點*由於套餐嘅味道太吸引啦,我地忍唔住額外點咗泰式素大哈炒金邊粉及追加甜品芒果雪山綿綿冰。金邊粉同香菇豆腐炒得軟硬適中,香氣四溢,食上去滑順可口,上面嘅素大哈相對清淡,與濃味嘅金邊粉水配合得剛剛好。芒果雪山綿綿冰分量好足,上面鋪滿新鮮嘅芒果粒同芋圓,清涼可口,食完之後真係好滿足。 continue reading
