剛剛周末同朋友遊西貢,終於一試,名不虛傳,而且價錢仲好親民。先來西貢地道魚湯。用上每日由西貢艇家供應嘅新鮮魚獲,加入蕃茄同薯仔一齊熬製而成,味道好鮮甜。椒鹽焗大連鮮鮑魚係必食!鮑魚好肥美彈牙,用椒鹽焗呢個烹調方式好香口好好味椒鹽奇脆豆腐又係大愛,金金黃黃,外脆內嫩,咬落熱辣辣。米湯低溫慢煮元貝同魚湯粉絲浸花甲,都可以突顯海鮮原本嘅鮮味。第一次食到以米湯低溫慢煮嘅元貝,鮮嫩飽滿,連米湯都可以飲哂~客家鹹菜木耳炆腩仔,腩仔勁香口!有蒜蓉粉絲蒸茄子又係食到舔舔脷。最後再來一客薑蔥鮑魚煲仔炒飯同豉油王炒麵,非常滿足。
