前晚同愛飲之友,去咗興隆老闆 Eric NG 同 Siam 28新派泰菜,搞咗個清酒晚宴,估唔到 Eric 㨂嘅清酒同d泰菜咁㚒,睇下我哋是晚嗰Menu:講到 Siam 28所造d泰菜,仲有驚喜,簡直辣得出色,食得滋味,泰日 Fusion 菜,味味有心思、有創意,如魚露牡丹蝦, 是用日本牡丹蝦,而加埋 Siam 28,每天新鮮自家製泰式醬料,真係泰式牛舌沙律,簡直對它又愛又恨,口感牛舌超爽,好似食雞腎,但辣過癮泰國特色鮮肉腸,一向不甚喜愛食肉腸的我,這個泰國特色鮮肉腸令我喜出望外,唔會好似歐洲腸咁咸、咁硬,反而這個鮮肉腸索曬自製泰式辣汁,煙靱有嘴勁,是晚我至愛炸女婿蛋,是泰國人特色,真的是外母煮比女婿食,所以將來香港d外母,遇到心儀的女婿,不防考慮煮這味餸暗示一下仲有安格斯肉眼扒,半生熟三文魚乾炒泰式香辣香葉洞庭烏冬,估唔到咁夾,鍾意食辣,自然覺得好好味呀秘製芒果香煎糯米飯,這個整法,先用蛋漿索咗糯米飯再煎,非常乾身香口,再加埋椰汁、泰國芒果一起吃,咁就 Very good其實我哋嗰晩嘅 Menu全部好味到冇得彈,夾埋這些清酒,令到好多餸,辣在不言中,非常回味,Siam 28 最啱鍾意
