To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前覺得幾好食,但最近2次黎食都受氣,貼錢買難受。第一次打去左book枱,話唔洗book,去到冇位之餘連攞張飛都攞唔到,結果要搭枱,隔離有對情侶都想搭,但職員叫佢地出去等5分鐘….結果佢地等咗20分鐘,然後d餸等咗半個鍾先上食到成肚氣,餸菜唔係特別便宜,但份量好少,我地8個人,又唔識叫加大份量。叫一碟炒聖子$188,得4片…之後上菜速度慢,等了一小時話比我知隻和味雞比咗隔離枱,之後賣曬…以後唔會再幫襯
