To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行四人,黎過late lunch 一點鐘,少啲人,方便吹水同講八卦野,四個人都係點左蠔做前菜,非常精緻,三隻蠔,配上唔同source,由於餐牌無介紹,服務員又無介紹,唔知咩黎,但非常美味我就點了burger,两個朋友點了rib eye,另一個點了魚,睇落去非常美味,至於我既burger,medium rare,肉嫩又香,個包有微暖,非常soft最出色係個甜品,釀梨,入面有少少花生醬,個底有芝麻碎,並有雪糕伴碟,仲有脆米,味道好夾會再去試多次
