To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食開焗豬扒飯都係係快餐店,今日又嚟翠華,平時都係食魚蛋粉或者叉燒飯,見到午餐有焗豬扒飯就叫嚟試試。由於即叫即焗,所以都等咗差唔多15分鐘,午餐就包飲品同埋湯。見到有芝士奶蓋凍奶茶咁得意又叫你試吓個奶蓋係比較棉滑厚實,奶茶就不嬲出色㗎啦。兩樣夾埋一齊飲有幾夾。攞返個焗豬扒飯,成塊鋪滿喺個反面做的確幾大件,啱啱焗起就真係好鬼熱,最好係佢個炒飯底,仲食到炒飯香。啲汁醬就唔會太酸或者太鹹,可以食得出豬扒同埋炒飯底嘅味道。另外叫咗個淨係食四寶,有魚春卷、魚腐、魚蛋、墨魚丸。都幾鍾意叫呢個當小食,因為除咗啲料仲有湯菜同埋湯可以飲吓。
