To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前住在土瓜灣,經常光顧這裏的早餐,不過自從翠華轉型之後已經很少光顧,今晚路過看到翠華又重新轉型,便到這裏一試。冠軍焗豬扒飯$75,豬扒已經切開,方便進食,肉質軟腍可口。蕃茄醬汁酸甜味道適中,配上洋蔥和蕃茄,感覺健康。飯粒沾滿茄汁之後,非常惹味,整個焗豬扒飯配合得天衣無縫,難怪成為冠軍。白灼秋葵配 芥辣豉油$38,秋葵爽甜可口,是一道健康的配菜,加上日本芥末和豉油之後,有點像吃刺身的感覺。招牌忌廉咖啡$12,忌廉和咖啡的比例適中,混合了忌廉之後的咖啡,咖啡味道層次豐富,不需要加上砂糖,已經非常美味。秘制海南雞脾飯$75,改配雞髀要另加$10 ,雞髀已經起骨,雞皮爽口,雞肉嫩滑,加上自家製的薑蓉,味道層次更加豐富。白灼菜心苗 配 海鮮豉油$25 ,為了追求健健康康,每餐飯都必會追加油菜,菜心沒有渣滓,鮮嫩可口。凍檸檬可樂$23。 continue reading
