To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同太太撐枱腳，去咗土瓜灣欣榮商場呢間「翠華」！以前覺得翠華係遊客飯堂，今次試新出嘅鐵板系列竟然有驚喜喎～ 🐑 **香燒羊扒鐵扒餐 ($171)** 羊扒超厚身！燒到外層微焦脆口，咬落去juicy冇羶味，配埋黑椒汁真係冇得輸～個粟米雜菌忌廉湯夠creamy，仲有我最愛嘅**牛油豬仔包**，烘到脆卜卜仲有蜂蜜香😍 加$13升級**凍芝士奶蓋×奶茶**，鹹甜芝士撞港式奶茶，邪惡但好上癮！ 🐔 **鐵板燒汁雞扒餐 ($78)** 太太話雞扒煎得啱啱好，皮脆肉嫩，燒汁甜鹹度balance～薯菜份量足，羅宋湯仲飲到粒粒牛肉！招牌忌廉咖啡依然keep到水準，茶記靈魂啊☕
