To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物好與否,大家心照是不差~ OpenRice 關門時間寫了是 03:00,我打電話去也告訴我收 02:00,我們二人帶了一支紅酒,20:30 到、21:00 到菜(細燒肉、小炒王)開始吃飯飲酒、21:45 再點個炸蝦餅,22:30 開始趕我哋走、23:15 收餐具還大力敲碗、發出巨響(我們的酒,還有兩杯),強調場內還有其他四張枱(有三枱係宵夜客),我不認為,我們有阻礙他們收工之嫌,不明白他們這樣的態度為何事?!我去哩度吃飯,好大原因是不收開瓶、坐得舒服、收得夜、食物也 Ok,如果唔係,根本食物又不是非吃不可的好味(新舖,始終比舊舖遜色),這樣未夠十點半(星期六),已想趕客,太子、深水埗,也大把選擇,算罷啦你~(還違反消防外加走廊枱)
