To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蜜汁叉燒 $128叉燒燒得夠鬆軟,我諗佢應該係用梅頭瘦肉來栲的, 叉燒一半系肥肉,一半系瘦肉,肥瘦比例係適中。 呢碟叉燒份量都唔少,舊舊都大大舊,好多肉。鮮竹銀杏浸時菜 $88白菜仔煮得夠淋,易入口。另外佢嗰個湯底,因為有鮮竹和銀杏, 所以特別清甜嘅, 啲湯底可以用來撈飯食。 呢碟餸啱曬我呢啲比較鍾意食健康食物嘅人。由於我六點半左右嚟到,人唔算太多,我可以坐張卡位, 卡位隔離就係大大個窗口,可以望出街外面嘅風景,環境唔錯。
