Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約了三位知己好友到茶樓相聚,喝茶聊天。位置:在太子站C2出口,過馬路轉左後會見到元朗冰室,再過對面,正是前方直行就會見大大的霓虹燈招牌,不用十分鐘就到了。環境:門口有服務員詢問訂枱及提供座位,之後乘電梯到一樓,我們被安拆坐在走廊位置,是卡座,四個人剛剛好。整體裝修是新穎雅致,跟新式茶樓差不多,樓底不高,天花掛上白色大燈籠,角落邊有海鮮缸,左手邊是窗口位,不過景觀是一般,只是高樓景。服務:每桌都會提供一小碟前菜:微辣的椰菜,送上熱水清洗杯碟,我們用餐時,亦幫我們換碟,因為有蟹殼,很貼心。晚市:雖然我們是四個人,只是叫了三個小菜,但已經吃得很飽,可想而知小菜的份量不少,尤其是以下兩項。芝士焗長腳蟹烏冬$298上菜時已經傳出陣陣芝士香,半隻蟹蓋和部分蟹腳在芝士醬上,芝士醬是多到完全覆蓋了烏冬,感覺是吃芝士多於烏冬,所以我們吃完這份差不多半飽了。蟹腳易拆,可拆出完整的蟹肉,肉質是一梳梳的,鮮甜多肉,再點芝士醬,很好吃。雖然覺得有點貴,但覺得物超所值。濃湯海鮮什菜煲 $108這也是份量十足的煲仔菜‼️‼️材料豐富,海鮮方面有蝦、珊瑚蚌(海參筋)、帶子和魚片,而蔬菜方面有娃娃菜、西蘭花、冬菇和其他

濃湯海鮮什菜煲 $108
這也是份量十足的煲仔菜‼️‼️材料豐富,海鮮方面有蝦、珊瑚蚌(海參筋)、帶子和魚片,而蔬菜方面有娃娃菜、西蘭花、冬菇和其他菇菌,還有掛湯能力強的粉絲作底🤤,那麼多材料煮成的湯,很清甜而不油膩,充滿精華😍,所以朋友很喜歡喝,好像媽媽平常的滾菜湯,連湯都喝清光。

鮮蝦經油炸後再滾鹹蛋黃醬,炸粉不算薄,因為要滾得上鹹蛋黃醬,做到外脆內軟,惹味鹹香。
