To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 歲晚行花市響太子搵食,網上介紹呢間米芝蓮食肆,就決定睇睇咩來頭。其實門面同一般小區細酒樓冇乜差別,環境比較狹窄,絕對唔係一個同朋友坐低慢慢傾偈吞食物嘅地方。我哋兩個人叫咗兩個餸:1)鳳梨咕嚕肉 ($118)以環境來說價錢偏貴,見咕嚕肉上枱時熱辣辣都有些期待,雖然外表出煙,點知個心係凍嘅,最初以為中伏,居然入口外面甜酸而鬆脆,都是唔錯。2)京蔥爆海參 ($198)碟頭好大,海參同冬菇都好多,海參爽滑但冇味,但以這個價錢這個份量就不能投訴,未到正常,份量絕對冇欺埸食物質素正常,個人覺得說不上什麼米芝蓮,明顯連歲晚食物價錢也貴了。純粹抱住試吓嘅心態無妨,不要有太大期望。

2)京蔥爆海參 ($198)
碟頭好大,海參同冬菇都好多,海參爽滑但冇味,但以這個價錢這個份量就不能投訴,未到正常,份量絕對冇欺埸

食物質素正常,個人覺得說不上什麼米芝蓮,明顯連歲晚食物價錢也貴了。

純粹抱住試吓嘅心態無妨,不要有太大期望。
