今午约几位老朋友到机场送机别朋友，又去咗红轩聚下食午餐，今期餐厅推广是上海菜我哋点咗几款试一试，有四色小笼包、腌笃鲜、酱油炆笋及1位葱油拌面，再加咗一碟蜜饯西班牙黑毛猪叉烧及几款点心，先讲四色小笼包有辣有唔辣几特别，腌笃鲜味道刚刚好不会太咸，油炆笋一般，葱油拌面非常可口不会太油腻面质非常爽口，至于碟叉烧入口鬆化超出预期，其余几款点心都不错，朋友话唔系好够饱，加多咗一锅鱼汤皮蛋芫茜班球素面，此鱼汤超浓又唔腥，斑肉劲大块我地一同5人都可分到一碗，素面嚮其他食肆较为小出现，我都是第一次食的口感不错，不一会住侍应生亦介绍今天的甜品是红豆沙及芝麻糊，他介绍芝麻糊我哋一向都做得唔错所以我们一同都点了芝麻糊,果然冇介绍错入口香滑有浓香芝麻味.
