看了食评特意过来吃,这家粤菜的确正宗,茶皇熏鸡和黑毛猪叉烧不愧是招牌。熏鸡皮脆肉嫩,带着淡淡的普洱茶香,吃起来完全不腻。叉烧选的是肥瘦相间的部位,外层蜜汁甜得恰到好处,咬下去还有肉汁,比普通叉烧更香。新出的上海菜改良得很好,明显照顾了广东胃。蟹粉小笼包汤汁特别鲜,比传统上海版更清爽,皮薄得透光也不容易破。甜酸松子鱼,刺少肉嫩,炸得外酥里软,比本帮菜馆的版本更合本地人口味。饭后还会赠送陈皮红豆沙糖水,很细腻。总之推荐给大家值得一试! continue reading

今午约几位老朋友到机场送机别朋友,又去咗红轩聚下食午餐,今期餐厅推广是上海菜我哋点咗几款试一试,有四色小笼包、腌笃鲜、酱油炆笋及1位葱油拌面,再加咗一碟蜜饯西班牙黑毛猪叉烧及几款点心,先讲四色小笼包有辣有唔辣几特别,腌笃鲜味道刚刚好不会太咸,油炆笋一般,葱油拌面非常可口不会太油腻面质非常爽口,至于碟叉烧入口鬆化超出预期,其余几款点心都不错,朋友话唔系好够饱,加多咗一锅鱼汤皮蛋芫茜班球素面,此鱼汤超浓又唔腥,斑肉劲大块我地一同5人都可分到一碗,素面嚮其他食肆较为小出现,我都是第一次食的口感不错,不一会住侍应生亦介绍今天的甜品是红豆沙及芝麻糊,他介绍芝麻糊我哋一向都做得唔错所以我们一同都点了芝麻糊,果然冇介绍错入口香滑有浓香芝麻味. continue reading

同班老友喺機場送完機,個個餓到肚打鼓,有人提議:「不如行兩步去富豪嘆返餐好嘅?」結果誤打誤撞試咗紅軒個上海菜推廣,正到吖!一坐低見到天花吊燈轉咗金色LED,成間舖光猛晒,阿姐笑笑口話:「試吓我哋個紅燒獅子頭啦,飛機師都話正!」果然無老點,個肉丸鬆化到夾唔起,啲汁撈飯食簡直係犯規級🤤。跟住個蔥油拌麵,啲蔥炸到金黃脆口,撈埋豬油香,我班friend爭到差啲嗌交😂。最抵死係個四色小籠包,原味穩陣,麻辣嗰隻辣到噴火,黑松露似食緊雲呢拿雪糕(係讚定彈自己諗),班友玩盲食估口味笑到拍枱!部長好識做,見我哋癲到咁仲送多碗蓮子紅豆沙,陳皮香夠晒老派,飲完成個人回魂~埋單每人兩嚿半左右,抵過食機場啲頹飯啦!臨走拎埋會員form,反正免費,下次帶阿媽嚟呃like都得啦!✌️ continue reading
