To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最喜歡幫襯老字号小店，近幾年，執完一間接一間，香港的獨特原味道巳慢慢失傳，只剩下沒有靈魂的連鎖餐廳。入坐後觀察，大部份也不是香港人，連遊客都慕名而來，我是地地道道的香港人，竟然是第一次光顧餐牌選擇非常多，大路食品，但價錢大眾化，上枱份量也不小，非常抵食--上海排骨炒麵-- $56整碟目測份量也很大，炸排骨一大塊，調味很到位，傳統懷舊的上海粗炒味道番哂嚟。--炸鲮魚肉腐皮卷-- $25啖啖魚肉鮮味，新鮮刴搞，沒有溝入大量麵粉魚目混珠，腐皮微脆，貸真價實--菜肉雲吞麵-- $44菜肉雲吞大大隻，饀料足，配上海幼麵，湯底味道也不錯，菜多，再加大量香葱炸蒜，抵食，好食又飽肚
