To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我同朋友都好鍾意食海鮮，今次又來咗食蟹仙食蒸海鮮，不過是銅鑼灣分店。叫咗兩個尊貴海鮮套餐，套餐包括野生膏仔蟹、韓國釜山鰻魚、澳洲青年龍蝦、台灣九孔鮑魚、野生青口、野生海虎蝦、珍珠蠔、黃金翡翠螺、蟹黃大元貝、有機蔬菜拼盤及粥底。海鮮保持一貫水準，鮮甜新鮮，尤其以下幾樣特別好食：野生膏仔蟹蟹非常之肥美，滿滿的蟹膏，甘香可口，蟹肉紮實，鮮甜美味。澳洲青年龍蝦龍蝦非常鮮甜，肉質飽滿，爽口彈牙，非常好食。釜山鰻魚第一次食蒸鰻魚，平時都係食燒，鰻魚非常之鮮味，一啲腥味都冇，肉質爽口，配上Wasabi及豉油，美味。野生青口蒸嘅青口非常之鮮味，係我食過數一數二好食嘅青口。台灣九孔鮑魚鮑魚都幾厚身，肉質爽口彈牙，不錯。最後，仲有甜品送，椰汁雪燕，作為一個完美嘅結束，非常滿足的一餐。
