Restaurant: Little Fish (Kam Ma Building)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. inki話想出尖沙咀食飯就帶咗我嚟金馬倫道小魚兒我哋兩個細食 諗諗吓兩條友應該食唔到烤魚因為見到隔籬枱超大份所以就叫咗半隻濃湯花膠雞半隻做main 應該都食得晒嚟到幾有驚喜 啲花膠都幾大隻 滾完都仲可以食到一條條嘅花膠 加分雞肉質素比平時食嘅雞煲高質 可能夠新鮮所以有雞味 好驚食到雞煲嗰啲冰鮮雞味諗住再搭吓其他配菜 唔想食到太油膩叫左鮮淮山片 嚟到都幾大份 萵筍 基本火鍋配料必有日本扇貝 都幾大隻有驚喜同埋我哋兩個至愛嘅寬粉
