To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 整體份量蠻足夠的。而且地點位置也方便。-濃湯花膠雞(半隻)雞湯湯底很濃。建議飲啖湯先。不吃辣的這個湯底很友好~雞肉蠻嫩的~而且當面幫你落入煲度,差唔多得就同你講可以食。-唐生菜-寛粉這個火鍋必點!糯嘰嘰好吃😋-白牛柏葉份量蠻多的。切得蠻大塊的。-江團魚配老壇酸菜豆花選了不辣不麻的。酸菜蠻好吃的。裡面也有寬粉、豆腐。-蒜蓉燒生蠔(6隻)大大顆~ 配蒜蓉好吃😋不過最低半打起叫~ 十蚊粒抵食-鮮腐竹飲料選了咸檸7~

今天中午,我和朋友到尖沙咀金馬倫道的小魚兒食店聚餐。這間店以其地道的海鮮和創意菜式聞名,讓我們充滿期待。我們點了幾樣美味的食物。首先是濃湯花膠雞煲,湯頭醇厚,花膠軟滑,真是一道滋補的好選擇。接著是田園蔬菜拼盤,色彩繽紛,讓人眼前一亮,每一口都充滿新鮮的味道。然後是鳳城水胶,口感滑嫩,搭配醬汁更是美味無比。最讓我驚喜的是牛丸拼香菇貢丸,牛丸彈牙,貢丸鮮香,與香菇的搭配完美無瑕。最後,我們還點了甜點:焦糖燒菠蘿,外脆內軟,甜而不膩,真是完美。整體而言,小魚兒的食物讓我們大快朵頤,氣氛也很輕鬆,值得再次光顧。
