To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今天到「小魚兒」用餐,雖然這裡最出名的是烤魚,我們卻選擇了較為特別的雞煲和火鍋。半隻藥膳花雕醉雞,藥膳與花雕的味道不算濃烈,但雞肉嫩滑多汁,份量也很足,令人滿意。吃過雞後,把油麥菜和皇帝菜放進湯底涮煮,濃郁的湯頭滲入蔬菜中,味道格外鮮甜,火鍋部分算是驚喜。「小魚兒」的燒烤同樣出色,我們也點了幾道來試試,包括燒白鱔、燒茄子、蒜香牛油燒扇貝和焦糖燒菠蘿。白鱔外脆內嫩、茄子烤得剛剛好,扇貝香氣撲鼻,焦糖菠蘿更是甜中帶酸,焦糖脆卜卜,非常開胃。 continue reading

原本諗住打邊爐,但食完一煲新鮮雞嘅雞煲,雞肉嫩滑又入味,湯底濃郁,已經好滿足,於是轉攻小食小炒~藥膳花雕醉雞(半隻)
