To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾年前黎過一次,記得好少會有素點心食&地方唔大,地理位置比較偏僻,無論係尖東站/尖沙咀站行過去都要10分鐘,襯住平日,又同時係情人節過黎食LUNCH。1. 蘿蔔絲酥餅:好鬆化,夠熱&香口,味度適中。2. 香酥咖哩角:口感跟(1) 差唔多,餡好似粉果,唔油膩。3. 素翅灌湯小籠包:賣相唔靚,食落皮厚又乾 NONONO。4. 金獎紫醉金迷:原來係芋蓉包,冇咩特別,食完真係好飽。5. 竹笙素翅灌湯餃:皮有點厚,勝在餡多,湯又夠味,仲有2條竹笙。6. 片皮鴨:用猴頭菇與腐皮組成,猴頭菇切成長方塊狀,上面的腐皮炸至酥脆,食落真係「咔嚓」,再配上青瓜絲、紅椒絲、荀絲、哈密瓜絲,仿真度高,而且加上哈密瓜絲會冇咁膩。整體服務幾好,店舖唔大,建議事前最好BOOK 位。
