To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日平日來到一間已經食過幾次嘅餐廳食晚飯。訂了晚上七點嘅枱。晚餐時間越看餐牌嘅美食就越肚餓:🥙麻婆豆腐第一次食呢間嘅麻婆豆腐,賣相已經好吸引,䇜汁稠度啱啱好,豆腐滑而入味,味道有層次,微辣嘅味道提升了整道菜,而且好送飯,最後要叫多個白飯,依然令人胃口大開!🥙咕嚕猴頭菇保持水準,口感實在,醬汁唔會過酸,與甜味好平衡。🥙榆耳果仁炒飯炒飯份量偏少,有鑊氣,飯同果仁一齊食,口感好豐富。最後叫左兩碟炒飯,但依然食得曬,無浪費食物。🥙蜜汁叉燒每次都必點嘅餸菜,賣相同味道都神似真叉燒,好味道。🥙有機番薯淮山浸時蔬食材新鮮,如果份量多啲就最好啦。🥙黑松露炒麵絕對有驚喜,炒麵有鑊氣之餘,麵質唔會炒到一餅餅,黑松露嘅淡淡清香加埋芽菜嘅清爽同炒麵好夾。🥙金箔棗蓉糕最後來個甜點作結,棗蓉糕層次分明,煙韌度剛好,重點係唔會太甜。食飯期間係座無虛席,見到有外國人都唔少。 continue reading

多次專程由東九龍打的來光顧外賣,所有蒸點 如蝦餃,腸粉、糯米珍珠雞等都很好,但每次叫乾炒河粉,總是有一種油的異味,可能是翻用多次炸過其他食物的油用來再炒河。希望下次可以有所改善。 今次除了以上點心外、這次加點咸水角,味道很好。等候的時間不長,只是十五分鐘左右。 continue reading

幾年前黎過一次,記得好少會有素點心食&地方唔大,地理位置比較偏僻,無論係尖東站/尖沙咀站行過去都要10分鐘,襯住平日,又同時係情人節過黎食LUNCH。1. 蘿蔔絲酥餅:好鬆化,夠熱&香口,味度適中。2. 香酥咖哩角:口感跟(1) 差唔多,餡好似粉果,唔油膩。3. 素翅灌湯小籠包:賣相唔靚,食落皮厚又乾 NONONO。4. 金獎紫醉金迷:原來係芋蓉包,冇咩特別,食完真係好飽。5. 竹笙素翅灌湯餃:皮有點厚,勝在餡多,湯又夠味,仲有2條竹笙。6. 片皮鴨:用猴頭菇與腐皮組成,猴頭菇切成長方塊狀,上面的腐皮炸至酥脆,食落真係「咔嚓」,再配上青瓜絲、紅椒絲、荀絲、哈密瓜絲,仿真度高,而且加上哈密瓜絲會冇咁膩。整體服務幾好,店舖唔大,建議事前最好BOOK 位。 continue reading

今日有一個麻麻地嘅經驗,本來朋友介紹我嚟呢間食點心素食,嚟到嘅時候,我見佢哋都係得一兩張枱有客人,咁我好有禮貌咁同侍應姐姐講我一位,點知俾佢呼喝我🫢🫢好不禮貌咁叫我等等😤😤本來我想走🥶🥶不過既然嚟到就食吓啦咁又講句老實話,佢哋個環境真係幾舒適,地方都唔錯,夠晒闊落我叫咗個咕嚕猴頭菇,的確幾好味,而且知道佢哋係用新鮮菠蘿整嘅,呢個值得一讚我再叫咗個擔擔麵,雖然細碗少少不過都幾好味整體嚟講食物質素真係唔錯,呢餐食咗226元…不過嚟嘅時候請先訂位,相信佢哋生意唔錯嘅,不過真係希望佢嘅侍應姐姐禮貌少少囉 continue reading
