To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然我唔係素食者, 不過有時大魚大肉得多, 間中都想食多D菜清下腸胃今日黎到呢間素食BUFFET, $75食個半鐘, 素食都唔係想像中咁難, 好多時仲好食過肉有沙律, 炒菜, 唔同嘅炸物, 炸饅頭同埋炸雞脾菇一流 有素湯(好清甜), 有飲紅棗水, 羅漢果水, 檸檬水等等, 仲有糖水食(綠豆沙)大部分味道都唔錯, 冷盤菜 青瓜芽菜 蓮藕等等, 好味又健康, 食完野仲有西瓜食 正
