To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🫔 熔岩蛋之戀/拉絲芝士火腿蛋餅（$45）蛋餅上枱嘅時候熱辣辣，蛋餅上面有少許花生碎，蛋餅皮好香脆，而且入面嘅芝士仲可以拉絲🍱 台北夜市小食拼盤（$45）有台灣腸，花枝丸同鹽酥雞，份量唔少；台灣腸外脆內juicy，花枝丸好彈牙，鹽酥雞味道適中，食完唔會好頸渴🍱 手撕雞便當（$67）手撕雞份量比我想像中要多，而且好嫩滑便當有好多唔同嘅配菜，有菜脯、酸菜、椰菜，西蘭花同豆枝，最驚喜係竟然有我好鍾意食嘅鵪鶉蛋；椰菜同西蘭花用咗姜去煮，減低左菜嘅草青味🍱 蜜汁排骨便當（$68）排骨用咗酥炸方式烹調，而且係即叫即整，所以要等大約10分鐘；排骨好鬆脆，食落唔油膩，而且面頭撒上左梅子粉，甜甜地提升左排骨嘅鮮味🧀 芝·芋頭鮮奶-中（$37）上面係芝士奶蓋，中間係鮮奶，底層係滿滿嘅芋泥，芋泥好幼滑，就算我叫左少冰，飲落去都唔會太甜飲到最尾其實仲有好多芋泥，單靠紙飲管係食唔到🥲如果提供埋匙羹俾客人就更好🧉 爆珠馬蹄椰子水-中（$28）椰子水好清甜，加上馬蹄做嘅爆珠，消暑解渴之餘仲有啲口感
