呢間粵菜,主打精緻料理,上次見到雜誌介紹已經好想去,今日有機會食到佢喺荔枝角D2出口對面馬路D2 place10樓,原來要喺寫字樓大堂搭lift的,大堂好modern,一到10樓就搵到,門面好摩登中菜feel平時以為荔枝角工業區,晚上應該唔多人,但原來都7至8成滿,坐位寛敞,係難得傾到計既粵菜都幾啱工作飯局魚蓉羹,好濃既魚湯,好有特色,菜同腐皮都切到比1mm更幼既絲,刀功好勁黑毛豬叉燒,招牌菜,厚切好有質感,外層有微脆邊,好香,上面有薄薄蜜汁,口感唔錯。川味口水竹絲雞,推介,好特別,沒有骨的,一層層拆左肉既竹絲雞肉,好似水晶肴肉咁整成一片,再加麻辣口水雞汁,花生碎,蒜蓉,芫荽。竹絲雞肉好霖滑,口水雞汁微麻辣,好醒胃,出面未食過但好滿意既前菜清香柚子凍鮑魚,柚子肉配鮑魚都係第一次,原來都夾架喎,鮑魚唔韌,好霖又帶點口感,而且加埋柚子肉感覺好清新。豆漿鮮腐竹杞子娃娃菜,娃娃菜同腐皮一向索汁,配豆漿汁食,清淡得宜花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗蟹鉗好厚肉肥大,上檯已經聞到微微酒香。蟹鉗好新鮮,d肉一梳梳,爽口,好滿足蒸蛋白食落都feel到有酒味,滑滑地,配蟹肉食都幾好。燕麥金沙蝦球,平時有d驚蛋黃蝦好膩,但呢
