To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 隨著疫情放緩,香港人又再出動周圍食,周圍買,放題,韓燒,buffet, 打邊爐,係星期五晚都差不多全院滿座,放工時係想食餐好,但又怕搵位煩,於是就去左太子呢間颇有名氣的港式酒樓,因為上年同家人做節時食過,食物質素高。黎到都要等一陣,大約15分鐘。酒樓經理好好招呼,俾卡片,帶我地去魚缸㨂,推介招牌菜,更換茶芥(我地唔食酸菜,佢幫我地轉花生) 。本身超想食拉斯維加斯蟹,但得2丁友,所以選擇了double龍蝦伊麵( 1份$188, double了份量,$376), 金銀蛋豆苗,洗衣機蒜香骨,超飽肚,大滿足。龍蝦伊麵出面市價差異很大,見過有外賣的$128都有,但質素唔ok,肉質好鬆,食不到鮮味,今次就唔同,因為係游水龍蝦,肉質厚實,鮮味十足,麵底吸收了龍蝦及上湯的味道,本身進行緊減醣飲食都忍唔住食左1細碗。金銀蛋豆苗,正路,4至6人份量,價錢108, 而家食菜係好貴,但比起一份菜心都要8x, 豆苗108都算性價比高。蒜香骨$98, 有大約8至10條, 適合4人食, 骨同肉一咬就會分離,唔使用力扯,但係咪真係用洗衣機整就唔知,但味道唔錯。埋單約6百幾,如果多人食會平d同平d,食物質素唔錯,好坐,
