To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記小菜王位於太子,聽就聽得多佢地個大名,有米芝蓮推介,卻從未去過幫襯,趁著近月疫情穩定下來,同老公二人好似大解放甘,四處週圍搵野食,今次就搵到黎昵度試下先。菜館不近旺角/太子港鐡站,出站後大約需要步行八至十分鐘到,不過都好易搵,剛剛在十字路口。遠處已經見到佢地既大招牌轉個彎就會見到佢地既大門口,一進內先需要乘坐電梯上一層,一進店內,已有人上前熱情招呼,今晚有幸被安排坐靠近窗邊既卡枱,可看見街上車來車往既景象 翻開餐牌,以叫小菜為主,選擇種類好多,價錢亦算親民 見到有個招牌燒鵝特價($58)先叫左個例牌試試先,份量唔少,可足夠二至四人食,燒鵝汁好juice豉椒炒蜆($88)原本以為係沙蜆,上到黎見到原來係花甲,隻隻都好大隻肥美😍海鮮濃湯雜菜煲($108),本人highly recommend👍🏻😋, 因為佢地真係俾到D新鮮靚海鮮你食㗎! 煲內有鮮魷魚,帶子,珊瑚蚝,大蝦等靚靚海鮮叫支啤酒啤啤佢先,特價($14.8)大支樽靚仔一碗🤣
