To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日同屋企人想出街食飯,所以就帶咗佢地去呢一間小炒王試吓,話晒都係米芝蓮食肆😝今次我哋就叫咗佢哋出名嘅燒肉,另外仲叫咗個叉燒,佢哋而家做緊特價,所以就叫咗兩個燒味試吓😂,可以比較一下🤭,最後就叫咗個海皇炒粉絲👍🏻燒肉個皮好脆,而且肥瘦分明一層層,再配上wasabi🤭,咁嘅食法,都係第一次,平時都係點黃芥辣雖然叉燒係做緊優惠,質量都唔差,食得出佢係梅頭肉👍🏻,完全冇柴皮嘅感覺,叉燒真係好正!最後海皇炒粉絲,份量都好大煲,可以當飯食,有啲蝦乾,聖子,椰菜絲同啲粉絲煲埋一齊,味道都唔錯😛
