位於西貢的六福菜館,連續15年獲得米芝蓮一星的榮譽。最近我品嚐了四人套餐$3288,整體經驗讓人驚喜。以招牌*椒鹽奇脆豆腐*開場,外皮酥脆,內裡滑嫩,椒鹽香氣四溢,充分展現廚師的精湛技藝。接下來的*薑蔥炒蟶子皇*,蟶子鮮美彈牙,配上香濃的蔥蒜醬汁,滋味讓人忍不住想多啲*椒鹽焗南非鮑魚* 大大隻,肉質厚實且彈牙,薄薄的脆皮包裹著鮑魚,調味恰到好處。隨後的*天婦羅桶蠔生菜包*,巨型炸蠔外酥內嫩,搭配清脆的生菜,好有口感*上湯焗開邊西澳洲龍蝦* 肉質爽彈,伊麵吸滿濃郁的湯汁,讓人回味。而**鮮菠蘿生炒骨**用新鮮菠蘿調味,酸甜適中,既開胃又不膩。最後大米湯浸時蔬和自家製甜品椰汁大菜糕。今次另外再點了西貢地道魚湯,以新鮮魚材熬製,清甜滋潤,毫無腥味,感受到真正的海鮮精髓。
