To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天屋企長輩生日訂左4 大1 小共5 位,訂枱時訂購左3 個$799 +10% 既餐,另外到步時再叫多個片皮鴨和炒鴨絲,食物質素和味道的確有別一般菜館,雖然OpenRice 寫該餐廳係少鹽少油,但係每道餸都絕對係用偏油同惹味黎形容,但係食落唔似有味精。環境以高樓底酒吧一齊放係同一樓層,環境少少嘈,但係可以睇到outdoor 成個維港景色,目測9 成係游客同埋見到小紅書推薦,相信都係咁旺場既原因。員工人數唔少但係感覺好混亂,有野做就即刻做但係唔會思考地做,每次送菜上台都唔會比番碗碟比我地,我地既片皮鴨上左菜想即刻叫佢收番上一道3 隻龍蝦殼連碟都要等到另一職員協助,點知職員幫我地清曬d 食完既碟,又走左去,要提第三個職員比碟,浪費左好多時間。每人頭$32 一個人頭費,放低生日蛋糕又走左去無比碟同叉,由7 點食到10:30 都有最少1小時係用黎搵侍應幫忙,最後成餐食咗$4500 。
