To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 多年前朋友介紹到訪。疫情下,再次光顧。Openrice 預約留座。我們相約在午飯時間後一點的時段,我還是第一次光顧午市。(晚市有每人最底消費$200)套餐選擇也不少。我們三人分別叫了三個sets share, 包括鮮茄芝士菠菜秀牛焗飯$78;花菇栗子梅菜茄子煲配羽衣甘藍菜飯$88;台式鹽酥菇,配素滷肉羽衣甘藍菜飯$98;另加$10 粉葛蓮藕陳皮赤小豆湯,配吼南瓜紅石榴禮物黑醋沙律。三個餸都各有特色。最好味係個中式素湯,好清甜,真材實料冇味精,其次我選栗子煲及羽衣甘藍菜飯。不定時食下素菜,令腸胃休息一下,清清地都幾好!
