To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚和女兒拍拖，來了她喜歡的銅鑼灣築地日本料理吃晚餐。我們6時抵達，店員已問我們是否已訂位，原來已差不多預約滿額，幸好我們已訂位。坐下後，看到啤酒正做買一送一優惠，確超值👍🏻我們叫了海之逸魚生丼，油甘魚頭鮫野菜鍋，及啤酒🍻~ 海之逸魚生丼：魚生有三文魚、油甘魚、北寄貝、帶子、蝦，鮮甜美味，口感嫩滑，還附送麵豉湯。~ 油甘魚頭鮫野菜鍋：頭鮫香甜惹味，營養豐富，魚湯清鮮。整體來說，食材不但新鮮地道，而且份量十足，性價比亦高，再上招呼親切，怪不得客人排長龍啊😋
