Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得在這樣的環境下約齊人大家一聚吃一頓晚餐,選了交通就腳又不是太昂貴的平民米芝蓮酒家,環境也不錯,樓底高座位寬敞,當然必試他的米芝蓮燒肉及叉燒,但是並不是如期望中的香脆,而且也不是腩骨叉燒也並不是肥美和掛滿蜜汁,到了羊腩煲,唔好意思淡而無味,完全沒有羊騷,另一名菜容記小炒王,部分配菜竟然是凍的,大大盅的燉湯也是全無味道,較為滿意的是海鮮雜菜煲,尚算及格,原本要了每人一客的蠔皇鵝掌鮑魚,但是漏了單,最後索性不要了,似乎這頓晚餐,大家都期望太高,幸好也不減我們一班人吹水聚舊的興緻。
