To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前老細生日,午市嚟咗依間度食,一早打電話預約,點知去到俾咗張細枱我地,我哋一行14人,根本坐唔落,同佢嘈左一陣,先俾咗張大啲嘅枱我哋,不過位置認真嫲嫲,前後俾人夾攻,坐得一啲都唔舒服。我哋嗌左個精選套餐,每位$298,有雞有扇貝有乳鴿,炒飯等等,質素麻麻,上菜速度唔算快,不過食到中段已經飽晒,佢啲侍應態度唔惦,催佢出餸,佢一定會話上緊菜,之後等返佢10分鐘左右啦,先有得食。午市唔算多人,未見過佢full
